Happy Birthday - Pete Townshend Happy Birthday to the brilliant singer, songwriter, Pete Townshend who is 73 today. He has spent over 50 years with the Who and has written over 100 songs for the band including Tommy and Quadrophenia.  As a self-taught musician, as well as the guitar, Pete can play keyboards, banjo, accordion, harmonica, ukulele, mandolin, violin, bass guitar and drums - pretty cool hey. My favourite - play it loud.  From the albumWho's Next - "Won't Get Fooled Again"
