Early Morning Walk The Daughter and I were down the beach at 6.30 am - such a great way to start the day

Raving over "The Pink Stuff" The Daughter is a fan of Instagram cleaning queen, Mrs Hinch and on glowing reports from her, The Daughter bought me The Pink Stuff cleaning products.  I thought I would test it out on my slow cooker this evening and I have to say, I am really impressed. Eye Make Up While Wearing a Face Mask Now that we are starting to come out and socialise following lockdown that means Yes going back to wearing make-up.  I came across make artist,  Melissa Van Dijk ' s, You Tube tutorial on how to create that smokey eye look whilst wearing your mask.  Simple and yet effective which is why I thought I would share this with you.

Running Injury No 2 Can't believe it, I tripped whilst jogging this morning and unbelievably it was in exactly the same spot where I tripped before.  Lesson of the day - find a new route!!

Coastal Walk - Bowleaze Cove to Osmington Lovely afternoon spent at Bowleaze Cove near Weymouth.   As you can see, the cruise ships are still there. Fact:  Did you know John Constable painted this place?  

Belen Lopez & Nuno Lopes I have just finished watching Netflix hit White Lines and have to admit to having a bit of a girl crush on 50 year old Spanish actress, Belan Lopez who played Conchita Calafat. and certainly not forgetting the handsome Portugese actor and DJ Nuno Lopes who played "Boxer" . My friend, Kay, spent one evening last week over a glass of wine, showing us pics of him that she has saved on her phone and is hoping to find a lookalike :)
