Greg Lake


The very talented, Poole born, Greg Lake, has sadly died following a battle with cancer at the age of 69.  Lake and Wimborne-born Robert Fripp met and formed the successful King Crimson.  In 1970, Lake teamed up with Keith Emerson, Carl Palmer and created the rock band, Emerson, Lake and Palmer.



One of my favourite Christmas songs which Lake wrote in protest of the commercialism of Christmas.  Beautiful song.
