Beatrix Ost



This intriguing lady shares my maiden name.

Beatrix was born in Germany in 1940 and went on to study dance and art, modelled and starred in both stage and film.   Beatrix wrote My Father's House. A Childhood in Wartime Bavaria, which became a best seller in Germany.

She moved to New York with her family in 1975.  Just love the turbans and purple hair.
