Remembering Jack O'Neill
Founder of O'Neill surfwear who pioneered the wetsuit, Jack O'Neill died on Friday at the grand old age of 94 at his Californian home.
Jack opened his first surf shop in San Francisco but in 1959 moved his business to Santa Cruz where he opened his second surf shop to cater for the growing surf scene there. By the 1980s he had become the largest recreational wetsuit designer and manufacturer in the world.
