Summer returned today :)

On this day 17 years ago, Princess Diana was killed in that awful car crash in Paris.  It has been revealed that her wedding dress and other personal possessions which are currently being looked after brother, Lord Althorp, will pass to both Prince William and Prince Harry as requested by Princess Diana in her Will which stated they are to have these possessions when her sons reached 30 years old. This week saw a space of the wedding cake reach $1,375 at auction.  The slice included the original presentation box marked with the date of the wedding and Prince Charles's royal feathers and a "CD" monochrome.

Happy Birthday to former model and successful actress Cameron Diaz who is 42 today.   Cameron has received four Golden Globe Award nominations for her performances in Being John Malkovich, Vanilla Sky, Gangs of New York and There's Something About Mary.  Last year, she was named the highest paid actress over 40 years old in Hollywood. with boyfriend Benji Madden
