The piano from Rick's Cafe in the 1942 film, Casablanca, is to be auctioned at Bonham New York from the 20th -24th November and is expected to fetch over £600,000.  The piano is in working order and was used in a concert of Max Steiner's music for Casablanca at the Hollywood Bowl in 2006.

As well as the piano, there are other items from the film being auctioned such as the interior and exterior doors to Rick's Cafe, passports, papers, signed photos from the cast and the final draft of the screenplay.
