Birthday Wishes to the Queen


Happy Birthday to the Queen who will be celebrating her 89th birthday at Windsor Castle today.  Apparently, last year, the President of Canada sent her a replica of the Iron Throne (Game of Thrones) as a present.

My friend Sue sent me this picture of the Queen visiting Poole in 1979 - the young lady, right in the front with the long hair and the lovely big smile is her sister - Sonia.
