Bake Off for Hedgehogs


Bournemouth University has been celebrating Hedgehog Awareness Week this week and asked staff to bake a hedgehog cake.  The Daughter and I decided to give it a go.  What can I say - it was harder than we thought :)



The one on the right looks very similar to the below!!

I sent a picture of the cakes to my friend Karen, who sent back a picture of her cheese scones that she had baked.  Unfortunately, the only cutters she had in the house were a star and a Christmas Tree :)
