Dorset's New Parking  Lots

Since lockdown began, Dorset has seen famous ocean liners, luxury Sunseekers and aeroplanes park up.



Currently there are 6 cruise liners anchored in Weymouth Bay.  These are the Queen Victoria, Queen Mary 2, the Brittania, Aurora, Azura and Arcadia.  At night, they look truly spectacular.


At Poole Quay, a £100 million 272 ft Sunseeker is moored up.  The superyacht comes with an infinity pool, helipad and cinema.


and finally at Bournemouth Airport, approximately 50 British Airways planes are parked up whilst flights are currently grounded.
