The Great British Bake Off Does Vintage








Did you see Charlotte White on The Great British Bake Off this evening?  Charlotte who is mad about the 1940s was on the show discussing the making of bread during the War and how unappetising it was.   Charlotte who owns Restoration Cakes in Yeading, Middesex has also written a book called Burlesque Baking which reflects the lovely outfits worn by Burlesque Dancers.

Charlotte was also asked to bake Dame Vera Lynn's 95th birthday cake last year which was decorated in Dame Vera's favourite colour, baby blue.
