2014 will be the 50th anniversary of the Pirelli Trade Calendar.  The calendar is famous for being a corporate gift to a limited number of people and has now become a collectors item.

It isquite something for models and photographers to be commissioned to produce one of these calendars and over the years many famous women such as Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Penelope Cruz and Sophia Loren have appeared in it.

In honour of its anniversary, here are just a few pictures from the first calendar in 1964 which was to a peep at 2014s.
