BMW 507



These beautiful cars were produced by BMW from 1956 to 1959 and were intended for the American market.  However, they didn't prove a success and only 252 were built.

F1 racing ace, John Surtees, bought one in 1957 for £3,000.  This year, it was sold for a staggering £2 million pounds.  Elvis Presley also bought one in 1959.
