Helen Mirren's 12-Minute Workout



Apparently Helen Mirren maintains her good figure using a series of simple exercises that come from a 1950s exercise manual issued by the Royal Canadian Airforce in the 1950s.  These exercises were designed to be done in a space the size of a yoga mat and to last 12 minutes.

Apparently by doing it 4 to 5 times a week, you will be pushing up your metabolism, burning fat and will look leaner and more toned.   Scientific research suggests that short, intense exercise sessions produce better results than hours in the gym.
