Le Smoking



First shown by YSL as part of his "Pop Art" collection in 1966, the Le Smoking tuxedo suit was the first outfit to empower women by giving them the chance to wear clothes normally seen on successful businessmen.  It was a huge success and was worn by the likes of Bianca Jagger, Liza Minelli and Lauren Bacall and is still going strong today:
