Little Red Car


Look what I found on Ebay.   It's a rare 1938 GEBR IHLE BRUCHSAL German mini car http://www.ebay.com/itm/Other-Makes-No-doors-/252258284609

Ihle Brothers in Bruchsal Germany produced micro cars which were used at fairs. Rudolf and Fritz Ihle started the Company in 1930 and produced these mini cars up until 1941 at it's height employing 150 staff.

During the War Ihle produced precision weapons and portable water pumps and when the War was over Ihle sold the dixi production to BMW and expanded their business producing rides for amusement parks and carnival fairs.
