Audrey Hepburn

Today in 1929, Audrey Hepburn was born in Ixelles, Belgium.  She went on to become a Hollywood and fashion icon.  She was the granddaughter of a barn and the daughter of a Nazi sympathiser who spent her teenage years doing ballet to raise money for the dutch resistance.  In later years, she became a goodwill ambassador of UNICEF.   A truly remarkable woman.
