 Beer Can House


Houston is the largest city in Texas and the fourth largest in the USA.  If you should be travelling through, check out the Beer Can House.  The owner, John Milkovisch started transforming his house in 1968 and is estimated to have over 50,000 beer cans.  The house is now owned by the Orange Show Centre for Visionary Art.





Futuro House



These houses were designed in 1968 by Finnish architect Matti Suuronen which could "comfortably house 8 people inside its fully furnished interior".  They were constructed of fiberglass-reinforced polyester plastic.  96 of these were constructed.
