Aston Martin began in 1913 when Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford realised their dream to build a high quality sports car that was great to drive and looked good.   Lionel Martin regularly competed in hill climbs at Aston Clinton and with the combination of the hill climb together with the driver, gave birth to this famous car which is now loved by royals and celebrities.
