The townhouse which was featured in Breakfast at Tiffany's - 169 East 71st St is on the market for $10 million.

The four-story, 3,800 square foot Manhattan townhouse is currently divided into two duplex units but could easily be converted into a four-bedroom, five-bathroomed house.
