A diamond brooch and ring once belonging to Agatha Christie are to be auctioned at Bonhams on the 8th October with estimates ranging from £6,000 to £8,000 for the brooch and £3,000 to £5,000 for the ring.

The jewellery was found in an old travel case that was bought at the author's Greenway estate in 2006 for £100.
