This time of year is busy for us women and with our purses being used to the max, it isn't always easy to find the time or money to pamper ourselves. So why not, think about homemade beauty pampering sessions instead- even Kate Moss admits to doing this.

For getting rid of that morning after pasty look, Kate Moss swears by plunging her face into water filled with ice-cubes and cucumber. The cucumber takes out the puffiness and redness and apparently was also used by Joan Crawford.

Yoghurt - Plain yoghurt conaints important nutrients that are good for you skin including lactic acid, zinc, calcium and B vitamins.
Lemon - a natural antiseptic which is great for clearing oil and dirt.
