With all the glitz and glam of the Oscars now over for another year - my favourite dresses this year were:

I love the royal blue of Gravity star, Sandra Bullock's, Alexander McQueen's sweetheart and side sash dress.  Simply stunning.

Not everyone's favourite but I thought Penelope Cruz looked stunning in Giambattista Valli.


Camila Alves, wife of the very handsome Matthew McConaughey, wore a blush-coloured dress by Gabriela Cadena.
